We want every customer to be completely satisfied. If something's not right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or like-new condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Reach Out First: Contact us at contact@pompidos.com or +1 (903) 214-5003. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We'll review your request and send you a free prepaid return label with return instructions. Please don't ship anything back until you receive your prepaid label.
  3. Return the Item: Once you receive your prepaid return label, use it to ship the item back. A valid tracking number is required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. We will provide a free prepaid return label.
  • For change-of-mind or buyer's remorse returns (all items, including large freight) — we cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. We will provide a free prepaid return label or coordinate the carrier for large freight items at no cost to you. For large freight items, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a carrier pickup at your location — no disassembly or drop-off required on your part.

Simply use the prepaid return label we send you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive a full refund with no restocking fees, processed within 3–5 business days thereafter.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund of your purchase price. No restocking fee.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Full refund of the item purchase price with no restocking fees. All return shipping costs are covered by us — simply use the prepaid return label we provide.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at contact@pompidos.com with your order number and clear photos. Based on the nature of the issue, we will work with you on the most practical resolution — which may include sending replacement parts, shipping a replacement unit, or issuing a refund. Whether a physical return is needed will be determined case by case and communicated to you promptly.

For all other returns (non-defective items or change of mind), standard return procedures above apply.

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label we provide. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
