Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

• We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products

• We also accept returns of items that are new or in like-new condition.

How to Request a Return

• Wait for Instructions: We'll review your request and send you return instructions. Please don't ship anything back until you receive approval.

• Return the Item: Once approved, you can ship the item using any trackable and insured method. A valid tracking number is required.

• Return Method: By mail to our warehouse, or at a drop-off location

Return Shipping Costs

• For defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we cover all return shipping costs at no charge to you. We will provide a prepaid return label.

• For change-of-mind or buyer's remorse returns — we provide a free prepaid return label on all approved returns.

• In all cases, once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a full refund with no restocking fees, processed within 7 business days.
